Spotify Sunday – Uplift Your Mood
Welcome to Spotify Sunday! Every week, I’ll share one Spotify playlist I’ve curated for the week. Themes will range from workout, running, meditation, feel-good, and more. I don’t believe in just randomly throwing you shit without justification, so I’ll give a song list, some insight into how it was collected, and a link to the Spotify Playlist. Also, you can follow us on Spotify for the most up-to-date playlists.
Uplift Your Mood
Do you ever find a song that just puts you in a good mood? Like you can play it and whatever worries you have aren’t gone, but you feel so much better about them? I love when that happens. With that said, I don’t really have much to say about this playlist, other than it’s full of songs that do just that for me. Also, the majority of these songs clock in at a tempo between 120 and 135 BPM. So, if you’re looking for a playlist to jog to at a decent pace, this should do the job. We start off with some Bill Withers, because that song always gets me. Then, the upbeat stuff begins. There is a fair amount of techno/electronica here. As with last time, the list clocks in at just over an hour.
And, here’s a tip – If you’ve never heard Sung’s ‘Zodiac’, at least check that one out on here.
